Given a structure of a transmembrane helical bundle (TMH),
our server predicts its orientation of insertion into a lipid bilayer
as well as the optimal hydrophobic thickness of the bilayer.
Later, by supplying the inserted protein to our recent developed coarse-grained model, Upside,
we generate an ensemble of possible configurations of the protein embedded in the bilayer.
